How does compute billing work?
Your subscription covers the software layer. Compute is metered per session and billed at the actual cloud (Spot) cost plus a transparent 25–35% platform margin, shown to you before and during each session.
Can I control what a session costs?
Yes. Every session has a mandatory hard budget cap. When the cap is reached, the lab is torn down after offering a snapshot — so you never get a surprise bill. Idle labs auto-suspend after 15 minutes and stop billing compute.
Is there a free trial?
Team plans start with a free trial so you can run your first engagements before committing. Enterprise and MSSP engagements begin with a guided demo and pilot.
Do you support SSO and RBAC?
Enterprise includes SAML / OIDC single sign-on, SCIM provisioning, and organization roles (admin, team lead, operator, read-only). MSSP adds multi-tenant sub-org provisioning and consolidated billing.
